My Story

Hi, I'm Sandra, qualified Nutritionist and proud mum of two boys.

Having come from a corporate background, working in a number of marketing jobs both locally and internationally, I know what it's like to be busy and time poor. I also know first hand as a mum what it's like to put the health and wellbeing of your family before your own. 

My goal is to assist you and your family on your wellness journey and get you feeling better than you ever thought possible and live your healthiest, happiest life.  

I am passionate about taking a holistic approach and helping you improve your health, vitality and balance using simple and practical strategies.

My Food Philosophy

I believe there is no one diet or lifestyle that is suited to everyone. Optimal wellbeing is about your whole life balance and finding that sweet spot between feeling your best without feeling deprived.  

My approach is simple. Eat real food! It's all about moderation and balance and learning to tune in to what you're body is telling you! The answers are already with you, you just have to pay attention.
