About Me

Hi, I'm Sandra, qualified Nutritionist and proud mum of two boys, currently living in Chicago.  Having come from a corporate background, working in a number of marketing jobs both locally and in Asia, I know what it's like to be busy and time poor. I also know first hand as a mum what it's like to put the health and wellbeing of your family before your own. 

My goal is to assist you and your family on your wellness journey and get you feeling better than you ever thought possible.  

I believe there is no one diet or lifestyle that is suited to everyone. Optimal wellbeing is about your whole life balance and finding that sweet spot between feeling your best without feeling deprived.  

I am passionate about working with women and children to improve their health, vitality and balance using real, practical strategies and in the process help kids grow up with a healthy relationship with food.  My approach is simple. Eat real food! It's all about moderation and balance and learning to tune in to what you're body is telling you.

When you have children, feeding them (and yourself) can be very challenging. It is hard to know when and how to start solids and it's even harder to deal with fussy toddlers, let alone the juggle of meal times when you're back at work. 

With ongoing support and a personalised plan, I'll provide you with the tools you need to create a healthy sustainable lifestyle so you and your family can feel your best.
